The Heart of the Move

My journey in ballet began with a deep love for the art, but also an understanding of how demanding and complex it can be for young dancers. Through my years as a professional dancer and now as a teacher, I have seen how important it is to support not only technique, but confidence, mindset, and personal growth.

My Ballet Diary was created from this experience — a tool to help dancers reflect, stay motivated, and build a deeper connection to their training. It is a space where progress is celebrated, challenges are understood, and each dancer can grow at their own pace. Today, my work brings together teaching, choreography, and education, with a focus on nurturing well-rounded, confident dancers who find both discipline and joy in their journey.

My Ballet Diary is more than a journal — it is a guided companion for young dancers throughout their training. Designed to support each stage of development, these beautifully crafted diaries combine weekly reflections, technique notes, and inspiring content to help dancers stay motivated, organised, and connected to their progress. Created by a professional dancer and teacher, each diary encourages confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of ballet — both in and beyond the studio. Used by students, teachers, and studios, My Ballet Diary is designed to become a meaningful part of every dancer’s journey.
